Laatste kans aanmelden WWMG2020!

Dear Winter World Masters Games fans,
the final countdown to become part of the WWMG is on. The main registration deadline is coming closer and closer, with only a few days left. This Friday November 1st,2019 is the final day of official registration*. If you want to be part of this unique multisport festival register now as an athlete, coach or companion. (*Some sports have later registration deadlines)

The registration phase has been above expectations so far. Athletes from 53 countries have already registered and our goal of reaching 3.000+ participants is very close. This would make the WWMG 2020 the biggest winter multi-sport event in the world, with even more participants than the Olympic Winter Games.

As we already informed you before, we wanted to offer more starting spots in Biathlon and Figure Skating. And we are happy to announce that we succeeded: To find out how to get the coveted places, read the information at the end of this newsletter.

In the Host City Innsbruck, the WWMG are already on everyone’s lips. Last week we shared the vibes of WWMG 2020: During our press event at the Bergisel ski jumping stadion we symbolically united the five apostrophes forming the logo of the WWMG 2020. With this, the Masters Games has prominently fallen into Innsbruck´s long sports history. Moreover, as final puzzle piece this event will write another chapter in Innsbruck´s and Tyrol´s sports history. To dive into this unique flair in advance, watch our video here.

Greetings from Innsbruck,
your WWMG team
